Qantas turned to New Media Innovation to help them design and implement their new customer service innovation which allows Business and First Class passengers to preorder their Meals for selected flights. Ensuring the passenger gets the meal they are looking for and allows Qantas to better plan their catering requirements.
The site was deployed on NMI's Application cloud which has been licensed to Qantas.
